Replacement and Refund Policies
If you made a mistake in your Certificate Signing Request — CSR, please contact us at support@sslone.com immediately and we will replace your Certificate or amend your current request. Please note that we will replace or refund a Certificate within 30 days from the issuance date. For further information, please refer to our Warranty Statement.

Complaint Handling
At sslONE™ Corporation, we aim to offer you the highest standard of customer service. However, in the unlikely event that you do have reason to make a complaint about the service you have received from us, please email us at complaints@sslone.com with details of your complaint. We guarantee that we will investigate your complaint thoroughly. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days giving the name of the person dealing with your complaint and provide you with a full response within 10 working days.
